Singapore Day 1 & 2 (23.01 - 24.01)

Hey! I'm back! What's with me getting so excited when no one reads my blog but oh wells! I'm happy just blogging so I don't mind much though I will be happy if I have readers. I do realize that I have a dull life but I am trying to make it a fun one! =)

So I went to SG from the 23rd to 27th January. It was very fun! I know that many Malaysians find SG common but I'm those kind of people who rarely gets to travel so I'm grateful! Even if you bring me to travel in Malaysia itself, I'll still be happy enough!! >.<

Ok, stop with the rant or else the post is going to be longgggg XD So here goes~ The reason I went to SG was to finish the tickets for Skyline and other attractions in Sentosa. =D Came back from school at 1.30pm and straight rush to take the bus to SG which departs at 4.30pm XD Was hectic but love every moment of it.

Now we shall let the pictures do some talking-----with me as well XD Sorry, I love to talk!

--DAY 1--

The above picture is a resting center that our bus stopped at. It was so high up the hills it looked like heaven, not that I've seen one before but you know what I mean. It was so beautiful!!! <3 But didn't get to stay there long... Journey continues....and after a longgg and boring ride, we finally arrived at Singapore at 9pm.

Lived in my uncle's house. The dog in the house : Munchkin!!!!! Aww, you're so cuteee!!!! <3 But she's camera shy... OTZ Had to quickly snap it.

--DAY 2--

This view of the train was taken from the bus I was taking. SG do have nice sceneries~~~ We went to Sentosa for the Underwater World, Segway and Skyline. Here goes Underwater World~

JELLYFISHES!!!!! They are so colorful <3 Aren't they pretty?

If you're wondering why the picture below is better than the above one, it's because all the nice ones are from my digital camera and the others are from my crappy phone camera. OTZ

The painted footprint looked so suspicious that it made me cautious to step on it but my curiosity got the better of me and I jumped on it. Nothing happened.

That fish looked so cute and funny. Haha~

Stingrays... The picture made them looked like they're out of water. You can feed them but I refused and just video-taped people feeding them. They will kinda 'jumped' out halfway and I find that very scary.

^Reminds me of the worm profile pictures that my friends used to have in Facebook.

The pink thing above looks so alienish that it's creepy. Just floating around in the water with its friends. They are only as big as a pea. Nevertheless, they're still cute. OTZ I seemed to think that everything is cute.... But it's true. XD

MIMIC OCTOPUS!!!! (The thing splattered on the glass) Always wanted to meet one after stumbling across them in Youtube. They shape-swift and was found quite recently. The above one was not moving =( Wanted to see it shape-swift... Maybe it's sleeping or just being tsun.

The show ended and everyone wanted to take a picture with the pink dolphin. It was a very good show!! I enjoyed it. =D

It was drizzling so Segway staff asked us to come later. ,>_<, (hehe created a crying emoticon)

So we went to Skyline instead. The sky cleared up so we were allowed to ride.

The Skyline ride was nerve-wrecking at first and my legs became limp because of the height. XD I'm not height-intolerant but it suddenly made me nervous that I'm so high up. We went for another round but it got bored so we stopped and decided to walk to Segway because the sky seems okay.

No Segway pictures because we're not allow to bring a camera with us. Met a Japanese family there~ The sons are so CUTEE~ (p.s. they're only around 10 XD) The mom and baby did not play. Listening to them speaking Japanese was pure bliss...

Anyway, Segway was very fun! We each got a 'car' which we drive around the track set by them. Mostly rocky path though. Except that the track was too short so it ended quickly. >.< Wished it could be longer~ Apparently, you can purchase your own Segway 'car'... So cool! It's expensive but eco-friendly! =)

It was still early so we decided to walk up to Skyline to see the picture that was taken when we rode it earlier. We passed the Merlion and after a long walk up the stairs, we finally reached the top.

I really like my camera effect when it comes to taking pics of flowers.

The pic with us inside wasn't nice because we didn't know that there will be a camera at Skyline so we ended up looking everywhere except the camera. We decided to have another photo taken so we walked down and took Skyline up again, this time prepared for the camera. XD And it ended up quite nicely so we brought it.

Since we're at the top and we wanted to try the Luge, we brought the tickets. XD It was already dark and neon lights shone onto the tracks where the ride will take place. It makes everything seems more exciting and wild.

The staff taught us how to control the car and asked us where we are from. And he started speaking to us in Malay. XD After that, we are free to ride on our own. You can either choose the Jungle trail or the Dragon trail. We chose Dragon because it is more curvy and is longer then Jungle.

Had a lot of fun riding it. Didn't know there was a camera until I saw a flash. OTZ Went to collect the pictures and I turned out poker-faced but I still brought it because it's funny. Mom and sis rode near each other so their pictures have both of them inside. They chose a nice one and purchased it as well.

It was getting late so we have to head back home. =( But nevertheless, I enjoyed it very much! =D Took a train back to Vivo City and a performance was going on outside. Me and sis are suckers for performances so we just can't resist it. Watched until the performances ended. They are so cool!! Couldn't take much pics though, let alone good pics, because my camera died =( so I had to use my handphone camera.

I always feel sympathetic for those people that have to do these stunts.
Looks very hard. I really salute them from the bottom of my heart.
