Putrajaya Hot Air Balloons Festival

We hid behind a wall just a little before midnight, waiting anxiously for Giang to come back from his work (interning). We waited and waited because we really wanted to find the perfect time to jump out and scare him. So many mosquitoes flying around and a dusty white wall behind our back.

Tick tock.

We tracked him with FB Messenger because his GPS was on and he was getting nearer. I set the video recorder and Sis secured a stone to throw towards him in case he didn't notice us hiding. He wouldn't be expecting us because it was coincidentally our semester break.

As expected, he walked passed looking upwards as usual and didn't see us. =.= Sis threw the stone behind him and he turned around, thinking he might have kicked some stones. And saw us. One more step in front and the pillar would have covered his vision of us.

I'm glad he's surprised! After that, we sat in the canteen for a while and chatted away.

The next day (Friday), Jared, Sis and me went to Putrajaya for their hot air balloons festival. Guess what? Nothing was up so we didn't get to see any.. =( Heard there was an accident in the morning and they ceased operation for a while.

Walked around and realized it was a pretty hot day. There weren't much people.

The closest I can get to any hot air balloon. T^T Still pumping away. We checked on it again an hour later and the balloon's gone.

Flower pot ice-cream again. I ordered mint to go with the warm day.

Went up a tower!

We walked and waited for any signs of the event starting but got none so we went to IOI City Mall.

It was quite boring, though there were some brief funny scenes.

Went to his place afterwards to watch Birdman and he also demonstrated to us how to make a plaster statue from his mold. He made mini Pusheens and decorated them.

Pusheen!

Sis and me went back to the hostel after that but the sky has yet to darkened so we took a walk around MMU. It is kinda our favorite leisure now. You can talk and exercise at the same time except there's no one in the school this time.

Pretty sunset! ^_^

MMU Registration Day May Intake (25/5)

Can't sleep the previous night coz I was too anxious >.< But apparently, I will have nothing to worry about. I didn't know Orientation Week would be this fun. Before heading out.  Feels like I'm not in Malaysia... haha XD  Arrived! <3  Waiting to enter Grand Hall...      Arrived at 8.30am and paid for my insurance and waited for my schoolmates after that. Entered Grand Hall at about 9am. The seniors stood in a row at each side and clapped their hands, welcoming us freshies in. I have no idea what they're chanting about though.      We went in and registered ourselves. There were a lot of people... >.< Like pasar malam. I met a friend of Ben's there, Sandy. We hit it off immediately.      After that, I followed Ben to register hostel rooms. We went to the boy hostel and I didn't know. No one told me that girls must register at the girl hostel... OTZ So peopl...

Shopping for Japan trip and CNY

Exam week is here and I only have 3 papers.. There's a long break between my papers so I went home since it's been a long time.. The house looks different everytime I go back because we are renovating.      For the past few months, or should say years, I've been sharing a bed with mom. I has come to the point where I'm too big to even fit in -.- so they moved my sleeping quarter to my cousins' room. I prefer sleeping there as I have my own space after soooo long.. And it's very comfortable. I like to just lay in it at night and ponder about life.      On Saturday, we went shopping! I've never really shopped properly since I've entered MMU, which is about 7 months... because the time constraint just doesn't allow me to. We shopped for CNY but I think it's mostly for our Japan trip this October.. >.> I think I can just re-wear last year's outfits since some of them are still unused. My God, I sound like a cheapskate. ...
