MMU Awards 2015!

So! I decided to try curling my hair by myself. Some of it are quite nice but others are just so messed up. Inconsistent curls and some slightly burnt hair. D:

Sandy said she will do it for me so, hurray! Or else I don't know what I would've looked like in MMU Awards.

On the day of MMU Awards itself, I ditched assignments and went on an outing with Sis and Michelle. It was worth my time. =)

We went to IOI City Mall and sat in a restaurant for almost 4 hours. Hahahahahaha It was nice to catch  up with Michelle. It has been such a longggggg time since I've talked with her properly. Gonna miss her when she graduate.

Too bad we don't have any pictures from this outing. =\ I forgot to take with her too at MMU Awards. FML

P.s. These tarts are so nice! So warm and tiny!

We came back just right before 6 and rusheddd to prepare for the event. Quick bath and quick curls to hair. Thanks Sandy! Sis came over and she did hers as well.

Then, put on light make up and we're good to go. I feel really good on this event because I rarely dress up and it's nice to once in a while feel pretty.

The reception area~

Red carpetttttttttttt!

Someone mentioned that it looks like an
Indian-themed wedding. It's my first time at such a
prestigious event in MMU.

I came under the Creative Multimedia Club. This club is just newly-revived and the most of the members are Foundation students. I hope it won't die again. =\

Everybody was so pretty and handsome! First time seeing my friends all prim and proper as well ahem.

It was unfortunate that the beverage is not enough. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a refill but most of us ended up with only one cup. T_T Worse still, the food is kinda spicy. We sat right at the back of the Swimming Club (the gang who we sometimes hang out with) and we all went out to take pictures. Too bad they didn't win Best Competition Award. Next year ya!

Me, Eli and Sis!

With the ex-president of the Swimming Club a.k.a Giang. If it wasn't for our heels, we wouldn't be so tall.

Girlssssss from the Swimming Club. <3

With Kah Loon and Aarun. I didn't go with JCS but I think I would have enjoyed it. =D Their tables are so infronttttt I had to walk all the way from the back to the front of the room. Hahaha

I still remember this place to be my first on MMU. My orientation took place here and sometimes I can't believe that I've achieved so far already.. The me one year ago will surely be so proud of the me now, I'm sure. =) I've managed to fulfilled most of her wishes and slowly, my confidence builds.

Swimming Club!

The Instax was set to indoor mode but maybe we
should've used Hi-Key instead. It looks so dark.
Hahaha Gosh, we all look so mature.

I'm really grateful he wants to sacrifice a film for
this shot because usually he will just shot what is
really important to him like his cousins and the
Swimming Club photo above.

Curls~ >w<

MMU Registration Day May Intake (25/5)

Can't sleep the previous night coz I was too anxious >.< But apparently, I will have nothing to worry about. I didn't know Orientation Week would be this fun. Before heading out.  Feels like I'm not in Malaysia... haha XD  Arrived! <3  Waiting to enter Grand Hall...      Arrived at 8.30am and paid for my insurance and waited for my schoolmates after that. Entered Grand Hall at about 9am. The seniors stood in a row at each side and clapped their hands, welcoming us freshies in. I have no idea what they're chanting about though.      We went in and registered ourselves. There were a lot of people... >.< Like pasar malam. I met a friend of Ben's there, Sandy. We hit it off immediately.      After that, I followed Ben to register hostel rooms. We went to the boy hostel and I didn't know. No one told me that girls must register at the girl hostel... OTZ So peopl...

Shopping for Japan trip and CNY

Exam week is here and I only have 3 papers.. There's a long break between my papers so I went home since it's been a long time.. The house looks different everytime I go back because we are renovating.      For the past few months, or should say years, I've been sharing a bed with mom. I has come to the point where I'm too big to even fit in -.- so they moved my sleeping quarter to my cousins' room. I prefer sleeping there as I have my own space after soooo long.. And it's very comfortable. I like to just lay in it at night and ponder about life.      On Saturday, we went shopping! I've never really shopped properly since I've entered MMU, which is about 7 months... because the time constraint just doesn't allow me to. We shopped for CNY but I think it's mostly for our Japan trip this October.. >.> I think I can just re-wear last year's outfits since some of them are still unused. My God, I sound like a cheapskate. ...
