Orientation Week Day 1 (26/5)

Woke up at 5am because roll call was at 6.15am and it's better to be 15 minutes earlier. 2 female DMs will already be there, scanning around steadily. We girls lined up and those that were late, got scolded. >.< Sang our Uni song for about 4-5 times per morning... Then, breakfast at almost 7am. Luckily, they provide us free breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Roll call in front of Grand Hall again. Got punished coz some people were not punctual. Guys have to do push ups and girls do half stands... So tiring.. My arms and legs are so painful after that coz I didn't exercise for a long time already and we sang Permata Dunia some more.

Session with counselors and briefing for bursary & finance.

Some of us are very sleepy so the OCs gave us sweets to keep us awake. So good...

Lunch... The food got better and better.

Back to Grand Hall(GH) again after that... Everytime we're inside the GH, the DMs stood spread out at the seats above. So cool.. Wear all black and won't smile some more.. A lot of people hated them coz they'e really strict...

After each briefing, we dance again~~ So fun to dance with so many people. =D <3 After briefing, we had group activities from 10.30pm to 11.30pm which are called night sessions. Went inside a classroom in FOE and played games.

We slept at about 1am and need to wake up at 5 the next day... zzz so sleepy.

MMU Registration Day May Intake (25/5)

Can't sleep the previous night coz I was too anxious >.< But apparently, I will have nothing to worry about. I didn't know Orientation Week would be this fun. Before heading out. Feels like I'm not in Malaysia... haha XD Arrived! <3 Waiting to enter Grand Hall... Arrived at 8.30am and paid for my insurance and waited for my schoolmates after that. Entered Grand Hall at about 9am. The seniors stood in a row at each side and clapped their hands, welcoming us freshies in. I have no idea what they're chanting about though. We went in and registered ourselves. There were a lot of people... >.< Like pasar malam. I met a friend of Ben's there, Sandy. We hit it off immediately. After that, I followed Ben to register hostel rooms. We went to the boy hostel and I didn't know. No one told me that girls must register at the girl hostel... OTZ So peopl...

Shopping for Japan trip and CNY

Exam week is here and I only have 3 papers.. There's a long break between my papers so I went home since it's been a long time.. The house looks different everytime I go back because we are renovating. For the past few months, or should say years, I've been sharing a bed with mom. I has come to the point where I'm too big to even fit in -.- so they moved my sleeping quarter to my cousins' room. I prefer sleeping there as I have my own space after soooo long.. And it's very comfortable. I like to just lay in it at night and ponder about life. On Saturday, we went shopping! I've never really shopped properly since I've entered MMU, which is about 7 months... because the time constraint just doesn't allow me to. We shopped for CNY but I think it's mostly for our Japan trip this October.. >.> I think I can just re-wear last year's outfits since some of them are still unused. My God, I sound like a cheapskate. ...

Visit to a Buddhist temple in Bukit Tinggi and others

Went to visit a Buddhist temple in Bukit Tinggi and it was a lot of fun! The temple's architecture is really unique and beautiful! Baby Durian found! --Temple visit ends-- This prawn was humongous! See you next time!
